摘  要:安徽平圩电厂配600MW汽轮机发电机组的HG2008型锅炉曾频繁发生水冷壁横向裂纹泄漏。为查明原因,进行了水冷壁裂纹原因调查试验,调查了锅炉不同工况对水冷壁向火侧管壁温度及水冷壁工质流量的影响。该文介绍了调查试验的结果,分析了该炉产生横向裂纹的原因,提出了减轻或防止产生横向裂纹的对策。Transverse cracks,resulting in leakages,frequently appeared in the water cooled walls of a 600 MW power set's HG 2008 type boiler installed in Anhui Ping Wei Power Plant.Investigation and tests were conducted to reveal the origin of cracking.The influence of various modes of operation and that of differing flow volumes of working medium on the temperature of the tube walls,facing the flame,were investigated.The paper describes investigation and test results,analyzes the origin of the transverse cracks and proposes some remedial measures for alleviating or preventing transverse cracking,
