摘 要:该文在分析流动条件和机理的基础上,提出了理论计算模型,编制出专用的计算机程序,总结出一整套MVFM型多级文丘利管测风装置的理论计算和设计方法。MVFM型多级文丘利管测量装置具有压差放大倍数大、灵敏度高、压力损失小、重复性好、流量性能稳定、加工简单、安装维护方便等优点。十几年来现场使用实践表明,它是目前大型电站大流量送风机风量测量的理想装置。也是冶金、化工、煤炭、矿山、隧道地铁等大流量风量测量监控和显示的理想装置。Based on an analysis of flow conditions and behavior,the paper,besides to proposing a theoretical calculation model,accompanied by a specific computer program,epitomizes the theoretical calculation as well the way of designing MVFM multistage venturi type flow measuring devices,which are featured by a large magnification rate of pressure differential,high sensitivity,low pressure loss,good replicateability,good flow stability,easy manufacture and installation.Evidenceed by on side experience,it has proven itself to be the current ideal device for measuring and monitoring the flow of large capacity fans in power plants of large rating,as well as large volume flows in the metallurgical,chemical and mining industry as well as in tunnel and subway excavation works
