摘　　要：满族传统体育项目是满族人民在长期的生产生活、军事训练、娱乐活动中形成,并在实践中创造、传承下来的,它在发展中走向特色,回归民间,具有独特有趣、简单易学、竞技激烈、运动量较大、锻炼价值高等优势,探讨了满族传统体育项目的形成与发展思路。The formation of Manchu traditional sports are closely related with the long - time production, military exercises and entertainments of the Manchu people. The sports are created in practice and have been passed down from generation to generation. They have become complete and popular with people with the passage of time. In addition, these sports are unique in content, full of fun, easy to learn, competitive, energy - taking and worth - taking.
