摘　　要：给出J-了拟次酉矩阵的概念,讨论了这类矩阵及其特例J-(反)次酉矩阵的性质及其它们之间的关系.In this paper,we give the concepts of J-quasi-sub-Unitary tmatrix obtain the properties of these generalized matrices. Moreover,we obtain the properties of the J-sub-Unitary Matrix which are the special cases of J-Anti-sub-Unitary Matrix respectively. In the end, we present the relations among these generalized matrices
