摘  要:研制了一台超大幅面全固态激光标刻机,该系统主要由光纤耦合输出的全固态激光器、两轴联动工作台和控制系统等组成,详细介绍了两轴联动工作台的设计及其控制系统。通过高精度机械传动部件实现激光束与工件的相对运动,由传能光纤输出的高能量激光对工件进行标刻,不仅可以实现大范围、高精度标刻,而且输出激光稳定、能量转换效率较高,能够实现高质量的标刻。We have developed a super large format all-solid-state laser marking machine, the system is.mainly composed by the fiber coupled output all-solid-state lasers output from the fiber coupled, two-axis worktable and computer controlling system. It is introduced in details of the design of two-axis worktable and computer controlling system. The relative movement of laser beam and workpiece is implemented by high-precision mechanical components, making by the high-energy laser output from Energy Transfer optical fiber can achieve large-scale, high-precision marking performance, and the output oflaser has good stability, higher efficiency energy conversion, and high-quality marking.
