模糊综合评价在水泥粉磨站选址中的应用

摘  要:水泥熟料粉磨站是水泥工业生产过程专业化的一种形式,水泥粉磨站选址是水泥物流系统优化的一个关键步骤,因此选择一种合适的方法进行评价就显得尤其重要。本文通过对影响水泥粉磨站选址影响因素的分析,构建了水泥粉磨站选址评价的指标体系,在此基础上,运用多层次模糊评价方法建立了水泥粉磨站选址多层次模糊评价模型。最后通过实例分析表明该模型能很好地处理水泥粉磨站选址问题,为决策者提供一种有效的优化工具。Cement clinker grinding station is one model of the specialization in cement industry production process. The site allocation of cement clinker grinding station is the key step of optimizing the logistics system of cement industry, it is more important to select a proper method for estimating the system. The paper constructs an index system for evaluating site all- ocation of cement clinker grinding station based on analysis of the factors effecting the site allocation, and builds multilayered gray index assessment model for site allocation of cement clinker grinding station by applying multilayered gray apprising method. The demonstration shows that the model can be commendably apply to the task of allocation of grinding station, the model can also be a useable tool for the decision maker.
