清热凉血祛瘀方治疗瘀热型崩漏56例

摘　　要：目的观察清热凉血、祛瘀止血药组方治疗血热夹瘀型崩漏的疗效。方法运用导师自拟清热凉血祛瘀方水煎服,1剂/d。结果共观察56例,总有效率94.64%。结论清热凉血祛瘀方治疗血热夹瘀型崩漏疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of medications with the effects of removing pathogenic heat from blood and eliminating blood stasis to arrest bleeding composed to treat metrorrhagia due to excessive heat in blood and stasis. Methods Take the instruetor＇s self- made qing re liang xue qu yu formula decoction （clearing away heat, cooling blood and removing stasis formula）, 1 dose per day. Results 56 cases were observed, and the total effective rate was 94.64 %. Conclusion Qing re liang xue qu yu formula has a significant effect on treating metrorrhagia due to excessive heat in blood and stasis.
