当归拈痛丸对尿酸钠致大鼠急性足肿胀的影响研究

摘　　要：目的考察当归拈痛丸对尿酸钠诱导的大鼠急性足肿胀模型肿胀度的影响,探讨其治疗痛风性关节炎的药理学基础。方法大鼠右后足垫部75%医用酒精消毒后,皮下注射尿酸钠溶液致大鼠急性足肿胀,测定造模致炎后1、2、4、6 h大鼠右后足容积,计算肿胀度。结果当归拈痛丸大、中剂量组与模型组比较在1 h、4 h、6 h有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);当归拈痛丸小剂量组与模型组比较在6 h有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论当归拈痛丸能减轻模型大鼠足肿胀程度,具有明显的抗炎作用,为进一步研究其治疗痛风性关节炎提供药效学依据。Objective To study the effects of Danggui Niantong pills on the degree of swelling of rats acute feet swelling induced by sodium urate, and to probe into its pharmaceutical basis of treating gouty arthritis. Methods The pad of the rat＇s fight hindfoot was sterilized with 75 % medical ethanol, sodium urate solution was injected subcutaneously to induce acute foot swelling. The volume of the rat＇s fight hindfoot was measured 1,2, 4, and 6 h after the modeling, and the degree of swelling was calculated. Results High and moderate dose groups had significant difference at 1 h, 4h and 6h compared to the model group （ P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ） ; low dose group had significant difference at 6h compared to the model group （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Danggui Niantong pill can release the swelling of the rats＇feet. It has an obvious anti - inflammatory effect, and provides pharmacodynamic basis for further studying of the treatment of gouty arthritis.
