纤维蛋白胶抗生素复合体治疗深部创口白细胞计数和中性粒细胞分类变化的研究

摘　　要：目的观察纤维蛋白胶抗生素复合体治疗深部创口的细胞计数和中性细胞分类变化。方法采用临床病例对照研究方法进行研究对比试验组与对照组在白细胞计数和中性粒细胞分类存在的差异。试验组和对照组在性别分布、平均年龄、受伤机制基本相同（P〉0．05），试验组和对照组具有可比性。结果试验组组内不同时间白细胞计数和中性粒细胞分类计数差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），术后24h白细胞计数和中性粒细胞分类计数最高，以后随着治疗时间的延长而逐渐下降，术后24d或出院前一天最低。试验组和对照组术后除了术后24小时无差别外，其余不同时间白细胞计数差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），试验组白细胞计数均比对照组低。试验组和对照组术后不同时间中性粒细胞分类（％）比较，在术后24h、术后48h、术后12d两组中性粒细胞分类差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），其余不同时间两组中性粒细胞分类差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），试验组不同时间中性粒细胞分类均比对照组低。结论纤维蛋白胶抗生素复合体治疗深部创口有较好的临床效果，安全性高，无不良反应和毒副作用。具有较好的社会效益和经济效益，值得推广使用。Objective To observe the changes in leukocyte counts and neutrophilie granuloeyte sorting in treatment of deep wounds by the self-developed fibrin glue antibiotic complex. Methods We adopted a clinical ease-control study. An experimental group and a control group were made compatible in gender distribution, average age and injury mechanism （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Results The leukocyte counts and neutrophilic granuloeyte sorting counts in the experimental group were significantly decreasing with time after surgery （ P 〈 0.05 ） . They were the highest 24 hours postoperatively, and the lowest by the 24th day after surgery or the day before discharge. The leukocyte counts were significantly different （ P 〉 0.05 ） between the 2 groups at all time points except by the 24th hours after surgery. The leukocyte counts in the experimental group were all lower than in the control group. The neutrophil sorting was significantly different （ P 〉 0.05 ） between the 2 groups at all time points except by the 24th and 48th hours as well as 12th day after surgery, with the neutrophil sorting in the experimental group lower than in the control group. Conclusion The self-developed fibrin glue antibiotic complex can have a good and safe clinical effect on healing deep wounds without obvious side effects.
