带气囊硬管食管镜食管异物取出术37例

摘　　要：目的观察用带气囊硬管食管镜行食管嵌顿异物取出术的成功率及并发症情况。方法选择诊断明确的37例食管嵌顿异物患者,采用带气囊硬管食管镜行异物取出术。经口插入带气囊食管镜,待窥清异物后,充气扩张食管,调整食管镜,钳取异物,然后放出气囊内部分气体,将带气囊食管镜、异物钳及异物一并取出。结果所有患者中1次取出33例,2次取出4例,成功率为100%。术后并发食管穿孔2例,治疗后均的痊愈。结论利用此带气囊硬管食管镜取食管嵌顿异物,成功率较高,并发症少。Objective To observe the success rate and complications of hard tube esophagoscope with air sacs used for the management of foreign bodies in the esophagus. Methods Thirty-seven patients with foreign bodies in the esophagus underwent the removal of foreign bodies by using hard tube esophagoscope with aerocyst. Hard tube esophagoscope with aerocyst was put into the esophagoscope through mouth. After finding the foreign bodies in the esophagus, the operators dilated the air-filled aerocyst, adjusted the esophagus, clamped the foreign bodies and then discharged part of the air,removed the esophagoscope with grippers for foreign bodies and foreign bodies from the mouth. Results Among all the patients, foreign bodies of 33 patients were taken out once, 4 patients twice,with 100% success rate. Esophagus perforation was complicated in 2 patients and was cured after treatment. Conclusions This type of hard tube esophagoscope with aerocyst used for taking out foreign bodies in the esophagus could achieve a high success rate and less complications. （Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngol,2008,8：366-367）
