具有时代特征中国特色的公仆精神论

摘　　要：不同时代面临的环境、担负任务的不同，要求公共行政管理者提供服务的方式和内容会有所不同，由此彰显出公仆精神的时代性特征。中国特色的公仆精神体现在它是中国共产党入根据自己国家和民族的特点创造出的、既体现了马克思主义的基本原理又深刻蕴含了中华民族的优秀思想文化、特别是积淀了中国共产党人不同时期执政经验、以为人民服务为本质特征的政治文明成果。Public administrative managers provide different serving ways and contents, which bears the times characteristics of public servant spirit, under various situations and with kinds of tasks in different times, created by the Chinese Communist Party according to Chinese national characteristic. The public servant spirit--serving the people--serves Chinese revolution and the Construction of Chinese Socialism with Chinese characteristics. It embodies not only Marxist basic theory but Chinese national excellent intellectual and artistic culture, especially with the the Chinese Communist Party＇s accumulation of governing and practical experiences in different periods, forms the Chinese characteristics of this spiritual system on the basis of serving the people.
