摘　　要：目的探讨经半月线切口腹膜外入路在上尿路疾病手术治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析1996-03以来采用半月线切口腹膜外入路治疗上尿路疾病69例,就其手术方法、手术注意事项及并发症进行分析。结果69例中肾癌30例、肾嗜酸细胞瘤(交界性)2例、肾盂癌7例、输尿管癌5例、肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻(PUJO)4例、肾盂结石积水并输尿管结石3例、单纯输尿管结石18例。手术及术后恢复均顺利,手术时间20～125min,输血0～600ml,无并发症。结论经半月线切口腹膜外入路用于上尿路疾病的外科手术治疗切实可行,尤其对于上尿路肿瘤,可作为首选术式。Objective To probe into the value of a new surgical approach via peripheral peritoneum in surgical treatment of upper urinary tract diseases. Method The 69 cases of upper urinary tract diseases treated with surgical operation by a trans-linea semilunaris via peripheral peritoneum approach were retrospectively analyzed in surgical procedures, operation points for attention and complications. Results Among the 69 cases renal carcinoma was in 30, renal oncocytoma in 2, renal pelvis tumor in 7, ureter tumor in 5, PUJO in 4, renal with ureter calculi in 3 and merely ureter stone in 18, were given surgical treatment by a trans-linea semilunaris via peripheral peritoneum approach technique. The operation process and postoperative recovery in all the 69 patients were successful with an operating time ranged from 20min to 125min and a blood transfusion from 0ml to 600ml, and no complications occurred. Conclusion The technique trans-linea semilunaris peripheral peritoneum approach for surgical treatment of upper urinary tract diseases is feasible and could be the first choice in surgical procedure, especially for upper urinary tract carcinoma.
