支原体肺炎快速诊断试纸的研制及初步应用

摘　　要：目的研制支原体肺炎免疫胶体金法快速诊断试纸,用于支原体肺炎血清抗体的检测,从而诊断肺炎支原体感染。方法采用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备胶体金颗粒,并标记金黄色葡萄球菌蛋白A;用支原体肺炎可溶性蛋白抗原致敏硝酸纤维素膜;组装成免疫层析法诊断试纸,用于临床血清标本检测。结果用该试纸检测了88份肺炎血清标本,与两家国外公司、1家国内公司生产的ELISA血清学实验结果一致。结论该试纸具有较好的特异性和敏感性,并且更简便快速,适合基层单位使用等特点。Objective To develop Mycoplasma pneumoniae immunio-eolloid golden fast diagnosis test paper used in the detection of Cycoplasma pneumoniae antibody of patient serum, thus the diagnosis of C. pneumoniae infection could be commonly confirmed through serologic testing. Method Deoxidized method of the sodium citrate was used to prepare colloid golden pellet and labelled with A albumem of Staphylococcal aureus; the soluble protein antigen of Mycoplasma pneumoniae was used to sensitize membrane of pyroxylin, further to assemble immuno chromatography diagnosis test paper, which was used in clinical serum specimen detection. Result Clinical detection of test paper had diagnosed the 88 copies of serum of the patient with Myeoplasma pneumonia, at the same time 80 copies of healthy person serum were used as control. The results were compared with that of 2 abroad Co. and 1 domestic Co. and showed these results had all no difference. Conclusion The strips of test paper have better peculiarness and sensitivity,, and are simple and convenient and fast, suit basic unit to use, expand and popularize easily.
