健康人群不同年龄、性别血清恶性肿瘤相关物质测定分析

摘　　要：目的:通过检测健康人群不同年龄组、不同性别血清恶性肿瘤相关物质(TSGF)水平,探讨年龄及性别因素对TSGF水平的影响。方法:对400例30～83岁健康人群进行血清TSGF检测,同时测定100例30岁以下健康人群为对照组。结果:与30岁以下健康人群比较,各年龄组TSGF水平随着年龄的增长而上升,经统计学处理,差异有显著性(P<0.01);随着年龄的增长,血清TSGF水平增加,但30岁以上各年龄组依次比较,血清TSGF的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在同年龄组男女性别间血清TSGF差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血清TSGF在健康人群中含量相对稳定,年龄和性别对其影响不大。Objective： To study the serum tumor supplied group of factors （TSGF） in different age groups and sex of normal people, and to explore the effects of age and sex on their levels. Methods： The serum levels of TSGF were determined in 400 people with an age ranging from 30-83, and those with an age under 30 served as the control group. Results： Compared with healthy people under 30 years old, the serum levels of TSGF were gradually increased along with increase in age （P〈0.01）, the serum levels of TSGF in groups with people above 30 age were not significantly different from each other（P〉0.05）. In the same age group, the serum levels of TSGF were not significantly different between males and females either （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The serum levels of TSGF are stable in healthy people, and age and sex can not significantly affect the levels of TSGF.
