摘　　要：文章通过对我国当前在医院产权资本经营方面所存在的公立医院主体多元化、盲目私有化、产权资本规模经济、投机产权资本经营、主体错位等理论和实践上的误区的分析,提出了正确理解医院产权资本经营的作用,使医院产权资本经营动机理性化;以长期发展为战略指导,规范产权资本经营行为;从政策的角度杜绝公立医院产权主体的多元化,并保持一定数量的公立医院数;建立政府引导型管理模式的对策。through analysis about improper operations in theory and practice from several aspects existing in hospital proprietary capital working, such as that public hospital proprietary capital operations, principal part wrongly placed, the part put forward a series countermeasures that we should correctly understand the function of hospital proprietary capital operation, and must make the hospital proprietary operating motivation rational; long-term development should be treated as strategic guidance, proprietary capital operation behavior should be standardized; put an end to the multiplication of the proprietary subject in public hospital in policy, and keep certain number or public hospitals existing; set up government-guiding management model.
