经尿道电气化术加灌注化疗治疗多发膀胱肿瘤42例报告

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电气化术结合灌注化疗治疗多发性膀胱肿瘤的方法及疗效。方法应用经尿道电气化术切除多发性膀胱肿瘤42例。术后第1周开始用丝裂零素C(MCC)20 mg灌注膀胱,每周1次,共6次,然后每4周1次,持续1年以上。结果手术时间平均45 min,未发生大出血及膀胱穿孔。平均随访16个月,术后复发9例,复发率21.4%。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电气化术结合灌注化疗治疗多发性膀胱肿瘤是一种有效的方法。Objective To explore the method and clinical efficacy of transurethral fulguration of bladder tumor （TVBt） combined with instillation in the treatment of multiple superficial bladder tumor. Methods Forty - two patients with multiple superficial bladder tumor were treated with TVBt. Intravesical instillation of MCC 20mg per week for six weeks started at the first postoperatively week, followed by MMC intravesical instillation every four weeks for more than one year. Results The average operation time was 45 minutes. No hematorrhea and vesical perforation occurred. The average follow-up time was 16 months, and the recurrence rate was 21.4% （9/42）. Conclusion TVBt combined with intravesical instillation for the treatment of multiple superficial bladder cancer is a simple and effective method.
