摘 要:提高烧结机利用系数是满足钢铁市场旺盛需求、降低成本的有效途径。在不改变原有烧结工艺参数的条件下,通过在烧结台车上安装支撑板减轻下部料层荷重,改善料层透气性,增加通过料层的风量,进而提高烧结机产量。在烧结杯试验的基础上,给出了工业生产用支撑板的形状设计、在台车上的布置方式以及对支撑板材质的要求。两阶段工业试验表明,安装支撑板后,烧结产量平均提高6.34%;转鼓强度平均下降0.07%,仍保持在同一水平;筛分和抗磨指数改善。烧结生产稳定,取得了良好的经济效益。Increasing sintering machine productivity is an effective way of meeting great demands in steel market and decreasing cost. With original sintering technical parameters, through installing stands on trolleys, the load of lower sinter bed could be reduced; the permeability of sinter bed, air flowrate through sinter bed could be improved and productivity of sintering machine could be increased. On the basis of sinter-pot trials, the shape and lay-out of stands on trolleys were designed. The requirements for stands were clarified. Results of industrial trial in two peri- ods proved that after installing stands on trolleys, the productivity of sintering machine increased by 6.34%, drum index of sinters decreased by 0.07% in average. Screening index and abrasion resistance index of sinters were improved. Sintering with stand support works with good economic benefits.
