摘　　要：目的:探讨肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma Pneumoniae,MP)肺炎患儿尿白三烯水平、肺功能的变化及顺尔宁的治疗作用。方法:选择60例MP肺炎患儿、30例健康儿童为研究对象,采用竞争性酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测尿LTE4的浓度。并将60例MP肺炎患儿随机分为二组,给予不同的治疗方案:原方案组:单纯用阿奇霉素治疗3周;顺尔宁治疗组:在原方案治疗基础上,加用顺尔宁治疗3周,治疗前后作肺功能检测,并随访6个月。结果:MP肺炎患儿尿LTE4水平高于健康对照组;肺功能呈现小气道阻塞的改变;顺尔宁治疗能缩短病程,减少病情反复次数,改善小气道功能。结论:白三烯在MP肺炎的发病机制中起一定作用,白三烯受体拮抗剂顺尔宁辅佐治疗支原体肺炎能缩短病程,减少病情反复次数,改善小气道功能,为预防MP感染诱发喘息和哮喘提供了新途径。Objective： To study the effect of montelulast on the changes of lung function and level of leukotrienes in urine of mycoplasma pneumonia child. Method： The concentration of LTE4 in urine were detected by ELISA method in 60 cases mycoplasma pneumonia { MP） children and 30 cases healthy （ control group ）. All the 60 cases MP children were divided into two groups. They were treated differently. The basic treating group were given azithromycin only for 3 weeks. In montelulast group. The patients were treated with montelulast for 3 weeks on the basic treatment additonally. And then detecting the lung function after treatment. In the mean while. They were followed up for 6 months. Result： There＇s small airway obstruction in lung function, and the level of LTE4 in urine sion： The level of leukotrienes related with my in MP child was higher than those in control group. Conclucoplasma pneumonia. Montelulast the antagonism leukotrienes can improve the function of small airway, shortern the eonises of treatment provide a new method for preven ting asthma related with MP.
