摘 要:利用黄金尾矿和石灰石,通过配料、粉磨、高温煅烧制备出富含高贝利特相矿物的胶凝材料,实现黄金尾矿的资源化。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)测定矿物材料的矿物组成,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其水化物相进行了研究,并考察其胶凝性能。结果表明:以黄金尾矿配以石灰石为原料可低温烧成富含高贝利特相矿物的水泥胶凝材料,其水化浆体中水化产物AFt晶相的数量较多,对浆体起到了良好的补偿收缩作用,强化了硬化水泥石的结构。It is an effective measure to produce high-belite cementitious material by burning gold mine tailings and limestone at high temperature after milling. The mineral composition of this cementitious material was measured using X-ray diffraction. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was alto used to study its hydration production and cementitious property as well. The preliminary investigation shows that it iss feasible to generate high-belite mineral admixture using gold mine tailings. Within the hydration products of the high-belite cementitious material, the quantity of AFt phase was increased which could offer a reinforcement for the contraction effect of the paste. As a result, the microstructure could be improved and harden cement paste got more homogeneous and dense.
