摘  要:从热力学的角度研究了PCBN刀具扩散磨损和氧化磨损规律,利用热力学模型计算不同温度下PCBN刀具加工钢铁、镍基合金、铝合金和钛合金时刀具材料扩散溶入工件材料中的浓度值。用物质吉布斯自由能函数法,计算出不同温度下13个可能的化学反应的标准吉布斯自由能,理论计算表明产物中三氧化二硼和二氧化钛含量较多,实验结果与结论吻合较好,研究结果为刀具材料的研究和设计提供参考,并可实现对刀具磨损状态的预报。The rules of diffusion and oxidation wear for PCBN tool were studied based on thermodynamics. The dissolution concentration of PCBN tools in iron, in nickel-based alloy, in aluminum alloy and in titanium alloy at different temperature were caculated; the stardard Gibbs free energy of thirteen possible reactions at different temperature were caculated using substance Gibbs free energy function methods, Theoretical calculation showed that products generated included large amounts of B2O3 and TiO2 which was uniform with the experimental data, this also indicated that the results in this paper were correct, which can provide references for tool designer on tool material designing and researching, and also can predict the tool wear.
