仿生乳头按摩器的临床实用性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究仿生乳头按摩器刺激子宫收缩和对产后子宫复旧的效果。方法:将190例临产妇随机分为仿生乳头按摩器组(试验组)、缩宫素组(药物组),对照组(不用仿生乳头按摩器和缩宫素),观察临产妇子宫收缩、临产后阴道分娩率及产后子宫复旧的情况,并进行统计学对比分析。结果:(1)仿生乳头按摩器与缩宫素对临产成功率、临产后阴道分娩率比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);但与对照组相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。(2)仿生乳头按摩器组与缩宫素组平均下降宫高,子宫复旧程度比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);但与对照组相比差异均有显著性(P≤0.05)。结论:本研究证实仿生乳头按摩器在发动宫缩和促进产后子宫复旧方面有比较明显的作用。Objective：To investigate the effect of bionics nipple massage apparatus in uterine contraction and involution of uterus. Methods ：190 patients were randomlydivided into three groups：bionics nipple massage apparatus group （experiment group）,oxytocin group,contrast group （no bionics nipple massage apparatus and oxytocin）.Uterine contraction,the rate of vaginal delivery, involution of uterus were observed ,then carried out statistics analysis.Result：About uterine contraction ,involution of uterus and the rate of vaginal delivery,there had no significant difference between experiment group and oxytocin group, but had significant difference between experiment and contrast group.Conlusion： Bionics nipple massage apparatus can promote uterine contraction and involution of uterus.
