胸腺肽联合化疗治疗肺癌的临床疗效观察和护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨胸腺肽α1联合化疗在中晚期肺癌治疗应用的效果和护理。方法:将54例中晚期肺癌患者随机分为治疗组28例和对照组26例。对照组在第一和八天给予重酒石酸长春瑞滨注射液25 mg/m2,第一至三天给予顺铂30 mg/m2;治疗组化疗方案同对照组,同时给予胸腺肽α1 1.6 mg/次,皮下注射,2次/周;连用10天为1周期,每间隔21天重复治疗,共3～4个周期。两组病例均给予格拉司琼止吐治疗。结果:治疗组近期有效率为71.42%,对照组近期有效率为6.15%(P<0.05);生活质量改善率(等级提高)治疗组为75.00%,对照组为53.85%(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率分别为血红细胞42.86%,白细胞39.29%,血小板46.43%,厌食35.71%,恶心、呕吐32.14%;对照组不良反应发生率分别为血红细胞69.23%,白细胞73.08%,血小板69.23%,厌食53.85%,恶心、呕吐53.85%。结论:胸腺肽α1联合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌是安全、有效的方法。Objective：To investigate the effect of thymosin alpha lcombined with chemotherapy in bronchogenic carcioma and its methods of nursing care.Methods：54 patients with bronchogenic carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups ：the treatment group （n=28） and control group （n=26）.The control group was treated with vinorelbine bitartrate injection 25 mg.m^-2 on the first day and the 8th day, and cisplatin 30mg.m^-2 on the first day and the third day;besides the chemotherapy regimen as the control group ,the treatment group was added with thymosin alpha 1 1.6mg by subcutaneous injection twice a week,10 days were a period ,the interval was 21 days with a total of 3-4 periods.Granisetron was used in beth groups to stop emesia.Results：The short-term effective rate was 〉1.42% in treatment group and 46.15% in control group（P〈0.05）;the improvement rate of quality of life was 〉5.00% in treatment group and 53.85% in control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse veaction （ADR） in the treatment group was as follows：RBC 42.86% ,WBC 39.29% ,PLT 46.43% ,anorexy 35.71%,nausea and vomiting 32.14% ;while in control group：RBC 69.23% ,WBC 73.08% ,PLT 69.23% ,anorexy 53.85% ,nausea and vomiting 53.85% ,nausea and vomiting 53.85%.Conclusion：The treatment of thymosin alpha 1 combined with chemotherapy in bronchogenic carcinoma was safe and effective.
