摘  要:介绍了北仑电厂1号炉印尼煤与平混煤掺烧的试验情况。针对印尼煤高挥发分、高水分和低灰分的特性,重点分析了在掺烧印尼煤时对锅炉结渣、锅炉运行及制粉系统运行参数的影响,提出了掺烧印尼煤应注意的问题。同时,用FLUNET软件对相关工况进行了数值模拟计算。结果表明,在北仑电厂1号炉掺烧40%以下的印尼煤是可行的,也无需对制粉系统进行改造。此研究为锅炉多煤种掺烧积累了经验,扩大了锅炉燃煤的适用范围。The test situation of mixedly burning Indonesian coal and Pinghun coal in boiler no. 1 at Beilun Power Generation Co Ltd No. 1 has been presented. Directing against the properties of high volatile watter, high water content,and low ash content in Indonesian coal, the influence of mixedly huring Indonesian coal upon slagging in the boiler,and parameters in operation of the boiler and coal pulverizing system has been emphatically analysed , and the problems needing to pay attention being put forward. At the same time, numerical simulation and calculation of related operating conditions have been carried out by using the FLUENT software. Results show that the 40% Indonesian coal being mixedly burning in boiler no. 1 of Beilun Power Plant is feasible,it is not necessary to retro- fit the coal pulverizing system. This study accumulates experiences of mixedly burning multiple coal sorts, enlarging the applicable range of boiler's fuel coal.
