基于SPSS软件的循环流化床锅炉起动特性分析

摘　　要：针对循环流化床(CFB)锅炉起动时普遍存在的耗油量过大,起动时间不好控制的问题,利用SPSS软件,对DG410/9.81-9型CFB锅炉的起动特性进行了分析,得出了油枪出力、风量、床压对床层温升率影响的关系式及其床料粒度与起动时间的关系式。利用这些关系式,可以对CFB锅炉起动时的参数进行调整,以达到减少投油量,准确控制起动时间的目的。Directing against problems in starting- up CFB boilers, such as over - large oil consumption, and the time of starting - up can＇t be properly controlled etc. , the characteristics in starting- up DG410/9.81 -9 type CFB boiler have been analysed by using SPSS software,obtaining the relational expression of oil- gun output, air flow rate, and bed pressure affecting the temperature rise rate of bed layer,as well as the relational expresion between the particle size of bed materials and the starting - up time. By using these relational expressions,the parameters in starting - up CFB boiler can be adjusted, to reach the purpose of decreasing oil injecting amount, and controlling accurately the starting- up time.
