摘  要:简述双套管气力输灰原理。结合气固两相流压力损失的相关理论,建立了双套管流体输送压降方程。在分析双套管管道结构的基础上,提出了两管管径最优化配置所依据的计算公式,并通过试验予以验证,理论模型计算结果与试验结果基本一致。Combining with related theory concerning gas- solid two- phase flow, the pressure drop equation for double casing pipe liquid conveying has been established. On the basis of analysing the structure of double casing pipeline, the calculation formula, based on which the diameter of two pipes being optimally configured, has been put forward, and being verified through test, the calculated result of theoritical model is basically cosistent with the result of test.
