摘 要:火电机组蒸汽管道在高温和应力的长期作用下,会产生蠕变损伤,甚至爆管,严重威胁电厂的安全生产。对此,提出了引用虚拟仪器技术和数据库技术,采用非接触式精密电涡流传感器,将管道蠕变的二维测量转化为高温环境下的高精度微小位移的测量,实现非接触无损检测的方法,并将其通过LAN接口接入火电厂级的实时监控信息管理系统。此系统可及时、准确地对管道蠕变进行测量,正确预测管道剩余寿命,有效预防因管道发生高温蠕变而引起各类安全事故。Under long- term influence of high temperature and stress, the steam pipelineis in thermal power plants may result in creep damage,even in tube burst,threatening heavily safe operation of the power plant. For this, a new measuring system, which combines the virtual instrument technology with data- base technology together,has been put forward. Adopting non- contact type precise electric eddy- current transducer,the two- dimensional measurement of pipeline creep has been turned into slight displacement measurement with high precision under high temperature environment, realizing non - contact type non - destructive detection, and being connected through LAN interface into plant - level real - time monitoring information management system. The said measuring system can timely and accurately measure the creep of steam pipeline, predicting correctly the residual service- life of the steam pipeline, preventing different failures resulted from creep of pipiline under high temperature.
