摘  要:FeO是烧结矿的主要成分,对烧结矿强度与冶金性能有重要影响。国内外都推行低FeO烧结,如何寻求既要提高烧结矿还原性又不降低强度是研究FeO的关键。攀钢烧结矿碱度(R)达到2.5左右,进行了FeO对烧结矿性能影响与FeO的影响因素实验。实验结果表明,强度、利用系数、成品率随FeO的上升而提高,FeO达一定值后指标亦达最大值,具有典型的二次曲线特性;随FeO的上升,还原性变差,低温还原粉化率改善。w(FeO)控制在7.24%~8.44%可兼顾质量、能耗、冶金性能等各种指标在最佳范围。在燃料配比不变的前提下,碱度、水分、SiO2、Al2O3、返矿用量任何一个因素量的上升均会导致FeO的下降,进而影响生产技术指标,因此须适当提高配炭量。FeO is sinter main composition that affects importantly strength and metallurgy properties. As low FeO sintering is being practiced widely, improving reducibility(RI) but not debasing strength is the key for studying FeO. Experiment research on FeO affecting sinter property and FeOs' influence factors have been accomplished under high basicity about 2.5 condition in Pangang. The result indicates that strength, utilization coefficient and finished product rate all rise, and solid fuel consumption rise like to linear trend along with FeO rising, but after FeO attaining certain value, the indexes achieve maximum which have typical secondary curve characteristic. Along with the FeO rising, reducibility(RI) become had, low temperature breakdown index improve. Controling FeO at 7.24- 8.44% can give attention to indexes such as produce quality, consumption, metallurgical property in the best scope. Under fixing fuel proportioning condition, any one factor rising of basicity, mixture moisture, SiO2 , Al2O3 and return fines will cause FeO to descend, then affects production technique index, so amount of adding carbon need to be increased properly.
