摘　　要：危险废弃物对人类健康与生存环境危害巨大且具有持续性,如何使之得到有效处理,甚至变废为宝,是当前环境与材料科技工作者共同面临的新难题。论述了国内当前普遍采用的处理技术,并提出利用新型干法水泥生产中的特殊工艺技术处理危险废弃物,实现了固体废弃物的有效处理与重金属离子的合理固化。The hazardous waste is harmful to the human health and the living environment of human being. The harm is persistent in character. Researchers have to confront with such new difficulties as how to take effective treatment of the waste or even change waste into valuables. This article holds a discussion on the normal treatment technology of the hazardous waste today in our country, and put forward the method to deal with the waste by using particular technology in the new type dry cement creation.
