摘 要:污水站储罐液位是油气田集输工艺的重要参数之一。长庆油田采气二厂现场污水站储罐液位计量采用人工检尺测量和静压式液位测量都存在弊端,给生产带来很大的影响。经调研选用雷达液位计和超声波液位计测量污水站储罐液位,经过现场测试,这两种液位计性能良好,计量准确,稳定性好,实现了对储罐的计量和监督,极大的方便了生产。结合采气二厂污水站储罐液位计量的应用实践,重点论述雷达液位计和超声波液位计测量的原理、技术特性及应用效果评价。Liquid level of storage tank at sewage station is one of the important parameter of gathering and transferring process of oil and gas fields. There are some defects in applying the hand-dipping and static pressure measurement methods to the measurement of tank liquid level at sewage stations in No 2 Gas Production Plant of Changqing Oilfields, which have great influence on the produc- tion. So radar and ultrasonic level meters are selected to measure the liquid level of storage tank at sewage stations after the survey and study. Then through the on-site test, both level meters turned out to have good performance, accurate measurement and fine sta- bility, and thus realizing the measurement and monitoring of the storage tanks and providing great convenience for the production. Therefore, according to the applied practice of tank liquid level measurement at sewage station in No 2 Gas Production Plant of Changqing Oilfields, this paper highlights the explanation of measuring principles and technological characteristics of both radar and ultrasonic level meters, together with the evaluation of applied effect.
