摘　　要：介绍了Ku波段中功率宽带多注速调管的最新研制进展情况,该管实现了工作电压14 kV、带宽大于1.8%、脉冲功率大于20 kW的指标。文中给出该管的试验数据,并对其中的关键技术进行了分析。The study of broadening the bandwidth of a Ku band MBK is presented. A Ku band broadband multi-cavity MBK is designed and manufactured successfully. The test results show that at the cathode voltage 14 kV, the bandwidth of the MBK is not narrower than 1.8%, pulse power not less than 20 kW. The research data and of MBK are presented, also key technology is given.
