电沉积法制备泡沫镍

摘　　要：用电沉积法制备了均匀性良好、厚度为１０ｍｍ的泡沫镍，其孔隙率大于９８％。论述了泡沫镍的制备工艺，并讨论了影响制备工艺的主要因素。电沉积法还可制备铜、铁、银等泡沫金属。Nickel foam with good homogeneity (thickness:10mm) was prepared by electrodeposition.The porosity of the prepared nickel foam is higher than 98%.The preparing process of nickel foam is introduced.Some factors affecting the process were discussed,too.Other metal foams such as copper foam,ferrous foam,silver foam can also be prepared with this method.
