摘　　要：张家港建筑水泥厂１９７４年建厂，设计规模为２万ｔ／ａ；１９９５年扩建，设计能力为１０万ｔ／ａ，实际生产能力为１３～１４万ｔ／ａ；１９９６年底安装使用了获国家专利的ＰＳＳ１５８０双腔双动颚颚式破碎机，生产能力达到１６万ｔ／ａ。实践证明，以ＰＳＳ１５８０双腔双动颚颚式破碎机进行预粉碎，使磨机的入磨粒度由原来的２０ｍｍ降低至１０ｍｍ以下。预粉碎降低磨机入磨粒度是提高磨机台时产量、降低能耗的一个有效途径，“以碎代磨”经济效益明显。ＰＳＳ１５８０双腔双动颚颚式破碎机体积小、质量轻、产量高、粒度细、维护简单、运转安全可靠、机型新颖、推广应用市场广泛，可望成为传统颚式破碎机更新换代的产品之一。Zhangjiagang Cement Plant was founded on 1974 and its design capacity is 20000 tons per year.After being rebuilt in 1995,its capacity reached 100000t/a.At the end of 1996,PSS1580 Jaw Crusher with DoubleCavity and DoubleMovableJaw Plates was put into use in this plant and its capacity was raised to 160000t/a.The production practice shows that with the merits of PSS1580 Jaw Crusher,the feeding size of grinding mills is reduced from 20mm to 10mm.Precrushing method,lowering the feeding size of grinding mills,is an effective way to improve the productivity of grinding mills and lower its power consumption.It has obvious economic benefit to substitute crushing for grinding.PSS1580 Jaw Crusher with DoubleCavity and DoubleMovableJaw Plates has many advantages,such as smaller volume,less weight,higher vapacity,smaller particle size,easy to maintenance,operating safely and reliably and so on.It has an enormous patent market and is hopeful to take the place of the traditional Jaw Crusher.
