摘　　要：目的建立奋乃静片的荧光分光光度法含量测定方法。方法以盐酸-乙醇溶液(取乙醇500mL,加盐酸10mL,加水至1000mL,摇匀)为溶剂,荧光光度法测定波长为λex=280nm,λem=380nm。结果奋乃静质量浓度线性范围是2.55～30.63μg/mL(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.97%,RSD=0.51%(n=9)。结论本法专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好,结果准确,适用于奋乃静片的质量控制。Objective To determination the content of perphenazine tablets by fluorospectrophotometry. Methods The excitation wavelength was at 280 nm and emission wavelength was at 380 nm in hydrochloric acidethanol solution. Results A good linearity was obtained over the range of 2.55-30. 63 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 99.97% with RSD =0.51% （n =9）. Conclusion The method is accurate and sensitive with good specificity and reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of perphenazine tablets.
