摘　　要：目的建立利巴韦林注射液含量测定的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为HypersilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,10μm),以水为流动相,检测波长为207nm。结果利巴韦林质量浓度在20.24～80.96μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.09%,RSD=1.26%(n=9)。结论RP-HPLC法简便、快速、准确、专属,适用于利巴韦林及其制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish a RP- HPLC method for the determination of ribavirin in ribavirin injection. Methods The RP- HPLC method was developed. The chromatographic condition included a Hypersil C18 column with the mobile phase of water. The UV detection wavelength was set at 207 nm. Results The linearity of ribavirin was shown in the range of 20. 24-80. 96 μg/mL （r=0. 999 8）. The average recovery rate was 100.09% with RSD = 1.26% （n = 9）. Conclusion This simple and reliable method can be applied to quantify the content determination of ribavirin injection and control the quality of ribavirin and its preparations.
