摘  要:目的测定并比较不同产地通关藤饮片的绿原酸及总酚酸含量。方法用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定绿原酸的含量,用紫外可见分光光度(UV)法测定总酚酸的含量。结果云南产通关藤饮片的绿原酸、总酚酸含量最高,贵州次之,其他产地饮片的绿原酸含量也均超过了0.5mg/g,总酚酸含量也均超过了17mg/g。结论云南产通关藤饮片是最理想的提取绿原酸及总酚酸的原料,其他各产地的通关藤饮片也可用于生产。Objective To determine the contents of total phenolic acid and chlorogenic acid in Marsdenia tenacissima from different habitats. Methods The content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC, and the content of total phenolic acid was measured by UV spectrophotometry. Results The contents of total phenolic acid and chlorogenic acid in Marsdenia tenacissima from Yunnan were the highest, followed by those from Guizhou. The contents of chlorogenic acid and total phenolic acid from the other habitats were all over 0. 5 mg/g and 17 mg/g respectively. Conclusion The most ideal drawing raw material is Marsdenia tenacissima from Yurman, the others are also suitable for industrial production.
