摘　　要：电浪涌发生器是电磁兼容抗干扰试验中用到的重要仪器。对电浪涌发生器开路输出电压的校准,国家标准《GB/T 17626.5-1999》规定了电浪涌发生器开路输出电压的技术特性指标,没有给出具体的校准方法。介绍用TEK公司的P6015A高压探头和DPO4104数字示波器校准电浪涌发生器开路输出电压的方法,给出详细的操作步骤,最后对此方法进行了不确定度评定。The surge simulator is an important instrument that electromagnetic compatibility testing and measurement techniques. Calibrating surge simulator open output voltage,national standard 《 GB/ T 17626.5 - 1999 》 ruled the specifications of surge simulator open output voltage, but have not concrete method of calibrating surge simulator open output voltage. This article introduces the mothod of calibrating surge simulator open output voltage which using TEK Company P6015A high probe and DPO4104 digital phosphor oscilloscope,gives a detailed operation step,At last the uncertainty of measuring mefhod is evaluated.
