南方红豆杉土壤种子库特征初探

摘　　要：南方红豆杉(Taxus walichiana var.mairei)是一种重要的药用植物,其种子库的研究鲜见报道.在福建南平大坪村和福州旗山南方红豆杉分布相对集中的2个地方设置样地开展南方红豆杉土壤种子库研究.结果表明,红豆杉土壤种子库水平方向主要集中在树冠周围,占80%左右,树冠外0 m^5 m处也有少量分布.枯枝落叶层的种子数明显多于其他两层,占到71%以上,土壤中完整的有生活力的种子仅占整个土壤中种子的30%.腐烂种子和破碎的空粒种子,是种子损失的主要原因.Taxus walichiana var. mairei is an important medicinal plant. But there is little information about its soil seed bank. The study on the soil seed bank of Taxus walichiana is performed in Nanping Daping and Qishan plots. The results indicates that more seeds are in the soil within the area of canopy,accounted for 80 ~ of all seeds. Little seeds are out of the area of canopy. Seeds in litter layer are the most among the three layers ,accounted for more than 71%. Intact living seeds account for 30% of all seeds. Lots of decayed and empty seeds are the main reason for the loss of seeds in the soil.
