学生满意度影响因素的统计分析

摘　　要：选择了可能影响学生满意度的18个指标,以某工业大学学生满意度的问卷调查结果为依据,利用统计研究的方法进行分析,得出了8个影响学生满意度的关键因素,最后,应用多元回归分析了8个指标对学生满意度的影响程度,为学校提高对学生满意度提供了科学依据.18 indxes which may have impacts on student statisfaction have been chosen ,Based on the reseach to the papers of question and answers in this aspect from the students of Hubei University of Technology ,Then 8 key fators have been concluded out . Moveover , we analyze how the 8 factors influence student statisfaction by using multivariable regression approach ,and hence provide a scientific base for university to improve stutedt statisfaction.
