摘  要:B厂在CSP生产线的基础上新建了中厚板生产线.两条生产线的钢种不同,拉坯速度也不同,因而共享2座转炉钢水的调度十分复杂.建立了基于浇次计划的炉次计划模型,经过变换,将混合整数规划问题转化为线性规划迭代求解问题.用Matlab编写程序进行求解,并给出了一个计算实例.A slab production line of steelmaking-eontinuous casting was built on the basis of the original CSP production line in the factory B. The casting speeds of the two lines were different, in which the steel groups to be east were different, too. So it was very complex to schedule the molten steel for the two lines sharing the two converters's molten steel at the same time .A model of furnace plan based on casting plan was established, which was converted from mixed integral program problem to linear program problem and solved iteratively with MATLAB procedures. An example was calculated by using this model.
