摘 要:借助有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,在包钢现有重轨生产条件的基础上,对重轨在UR1孔万能轧制过程中的腿部变形进行了模拟研究.通过对实验数据的整理和分析,找出了影响重轨万能轨轧制过程中腿部变形的主要因素,建立了描述其腿高增长的数学模型,并对影响其主要因素进行分析.经现场生产数据验证的结果表明,用模型计算出的腿高增长量与实际生产数据比较吻合.The deformation of heavy rail in the first pass of UR stand during universal rolling was simulated by finite element software based on the current production in Rail & Beam Plant of Baotou Iron and Steel (Group) Co Ltd. The simulative results were analyzed;the principal influencing factors on leg deformation of heavy rail during universal rolling were obtained and studied;the mathematic model about leg heigt growth of heavy rail was established. The actual production data in Rail & Beam Plant shows that the increments of leg height growth calculated from the model are consistent with practical production data, indicating that the model can be applied to the actual steel production.
