摘  要:以纳米级硬硅钙石作为吸附材料,通过静态吸附实验分析其对焦化废水氨氮的吸附处理效果并探讨硬硅钙石的吸附性能,研究了废水pH值、硬硅钙石的粒度、投加量、初始水质及搅拌时间等因素对硬硅钙石吸附效果的影响.其中以100mL氨氮浓度283.39mg/L焦化预处理出水、1.0g粒度0.022—0.2mm的硬硅钙石作负荷,在室温、pH值为8的条件下以200r/min频率搅拌180min至吸附平衡氨氮去除率达到45.6%.The static absorption experimental research was carried out to investigate the effect of treating the ammonia nitrogen of coking wastewater by xonotlite secondary particles which are a kind of nanophase absorbing material. Its absorbing performance was studied by analyzing the factors including the wastewater's pH, the gain size of xonotlite, xonotlite secondary particles quantity, initial water quality and stirring time. The result shows that the adsorption equilibrium is reached after stirring for 180 min and the removing rate of ammonia nitrogen is 45.6% under the condition of room-temperature and stirring frequency of 200 r/min when the coking wastewater' s volume is 100ml , the initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen is 283.39 mg/L, the weight of xonotlite secondary particles is lg with granularity being 0.022 - 0.2mm,and pH is 8.
