摘　　要：目前建筑物改造方案的评估方法很多,但效果不理想.利用模糊物元理论建立了建筑物改造方案的评估模型,进行了关联函数的计算,按关联度的大小排序,找出最佳方案.以某一工业厂房的改造方案评估为例,利用建立的评估模型对各方案进行了评估,评估结果表明了该方法的实用性.Recently there are many methods of assessing the schemes for modifying buildings , but none of which is very effective. An assessment model was established for modifying buildings based on the fuzzy-matter-element and it calculated the correlation degree to the schemes of the building＇s modification. The best option was found according to the size of the correlation degree. Taking the assessment of an workshop modification as an example, the calculated results show that using the new model is a good method for assessing buildings.
