暗娼人群艾滋病自愿咨询检测影响因素的病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨提高暗娼人群接受自愿咨询检测(VCT)的途径,更好地提高VCT服务质量。方法于2007年对中山市暗娼人群接受VCT的影响因素展开成组匹配的病例对照研究。结果艾滋病与VCT相关知识的普及有助于促进其接受VCT(OR分别为6.85,7.75;95%CI,分别为1.61～30.98,2.68～22.96);VCT门诊少不利于其接受VCT(OR=0.26,95%CI,为0.06～0.99);检测结果报告迟也不利于其接受VCT(OR=0.17,95%CI,为0.03～0.81);同伴带动有利于其接受VCT(OR=8.76,95%CI为2.53～31.08)。结论深入开展艾滋病及VCT知识的宣传、积极开展同伴教育是提高暗娼人群接受VCT的重要途径,增加VCT数量、加快检测结果的报告是提高VCT服务质量的重要内容。[ Objective ] To explore the way of enhancing proportion of accepting voluntary counseling and testing （VCT）. [ Methods] A category matching case-control study was conducted on influence factors of HIV voluntary counseling and testing among female sex workers in 2007 in Zhongshan city. [ Results] The female sex workers who had knowledge about AIDS were easier to accept VCT （ OR was 6.85,7.75, respectively ; 95% C/was 1.61 - 30.98,2.68 - 22.96, respectively ） ; lack of VCT made against accepting VCT among female sex workers （ OR = 0.26,95% CI was 0.06 - 0.99 ） ; nor was the late report of HIV testing （ OR =0.17, 95% CI was 0.03 - 0.81 ） ; companion driving was beneficial to accepting VCT VCT（ OR = 8.76,95% CI was 2. 53 31.08）. [ Conclusion] It is most important to propagandize the knowledge of AIDS and VCT to enhance the proportion of accepting VCT among female sex workers, and the education from aceompaniers could make it easy. More VCT and speedier report of HIV testing are necessary for VCT servings.
