摘  要:介绍了红外成像法在冷库保温缺陷中的检测原理,以Matlab为平台对红外图片进行直方图均衡化及自适应滤波和中值滤波处理,从而直观的反应出冷库缺陷位置和大小,最后对跑冷区的温度场进行数值分析。研究结果表明利用红外热像仪可以方便直观的检测出冷库保温隔热缺陷,对冷库维护结构保温性能检测和后期维护管理具有一定现实应用价值。The detection principle of insulation flaws in cold storage by using of Infrared thermography was introduced, using Matlab to deal the infrared images with histogram equalization and adaptive filter and median filter. In order to reflect the location and the size of defects clearly, the leakage district by the numerical analysis was analyzed. The results show that using thermal infrared imager which can be easily image the insulation defects of cold storage and has a certain reality for testing the insulation performance of the structure of cold storage and the maintenance in the future.
