摘　　要：目的探讨Ottawa Ankle Rules(OAR)对判断足踝损伤是否存在骨折的诊断价值。方法对159例足踝损伤行OAR判断并行X线片检查,对结果进行对照分析。结果OAR对足踝损伤导致骨折的诊断敏感性为100%,特异性为45.11%,阳性预测值为26.26%,准确率为54.09%。应用OAR可以减少38%不必要的X线片检查。结论OAR简单易行,鉴别诊断足踝部骨折的敏感性极高,可以显著减少不必要的X线片检查。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ottawa ankle rules （OAR） for ankle injuries. Methods The results of 159 patients with ankle injuries examined by OAR were compared with that by X- ray. Results For all fracture, the OAR gave an sensitivity of 100%, specificity of 45.11%, positive predictive value of 26.26%, accuracy of 54.09%. Its use could reduce the number of unnecessary radiographs by 38%. Conclusion OAR is simple in application and has very high sensitivity in detecting fracture, application of OAR significantly reduce the number of unnecessary radiographs.
