摘  要:为了优选疏松砂岩油层的防砂方法,提高注水开发过程中的防砂效果,进行了防砂机理物理模拟。模拟结果表明,砾石层防砂物理模拟压力高于15MPa时,细砾石层渗透率明显好于粗砾石层,砾石层挡砂过程中的渗透率降低与砾石和地层砂的粒度中值比、流体的粘度、累积产液量等有关,当砾石和地层砂的粒度中值比大于15时,砾石层不起挡砂作用。经纬网金属布滤砂管和斜网金属布滤砂管具有高渗透能力和低过滤精度的特点,对高泥质含量或细地层砂的地层不适应,而金属棉滤砂管挡砂精度高,具有一定的自疏通能力。绕丝管防砂模拟中,挤压砾石充填炮眼,能够大幅度提高炮眼的渗透率,增加油井产能。因此,选择合理的砾石和地层砂粒度中值比是砾石充填防砂工艺的关键,金属棉滤砂管防砂优于经纬网金属布滤砂管和斜网金属布滤砂管,井筒内安装有绕丝管样件时,炮眼充填物的渗透率是影响油井产能的关键。In order to optimize sand control method for unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs and enhance the sand control performance during waterflooding,physical simulation of sand control mechanism was made. The simulation indicates that when the pressure is over 15MPa in the physical simulation of gravel -pack sand control,the permeability of fine grained reservoir is bigger than the coarse grained reservoir. The degradation of the permeabilily in the process of gravel-pack sand control is relevant to the ratio of the median size of gravel and sand,the fluid viscosity and the cumulative liquid production. When the ratio is more than 15,the gravel is non-effective. Graticule metallic cloth bag filter and oblique bag filter sand pipe are characterized as high permeability and low filtration and are not fit to the layer with high shale content and fine sand. But the metal cotton filter sand pipe has the capability of dredging and sand control. In the simulation of wire wrapped liner sand control,the shothole is filled up with packed gravel,which can increase the permeability of shothole significantly and the production of oil well. So the key point is to choose reasonable ratio of the median size of gravel and sand in gravel-pack sand control,and the metal cotton filter is superior to graticule metal bag filter and oblique bag filter sand pipe. The permeability of shothole fill material is the key factor of affectingthe productivity in the wellbore fixed up wire wrapped liner.
