摘 要:介绍了一种离轴三反光学镜头像面畸变的标定方法和步骤,以及标定系统的原理和组成。对三反系统镜头的像面畸变进行了分析,建立了畸变的数学模型,应用最小二乘一元回归的方法,求得镜头的成像像面方向的畸变,并利用高精度单轴转台和长焦距平行光管标定系统完成了离轴三反镜头像面畸变的标定。实际标定结果表明:该方法对像面绝对畸变的标定精度<2μm(1σ),相对测量精度<1×10-4(1σ),可以满足离轴三反镜头高精度畸变标定要求,具有实际应用价值。To obtain the distortion of three-mirror off-axis, the calibration method and procedure of a system are presented, the principle and the composion of calibration system are also introduced. The distortion of three-mirror off-axi is analyzed, then a mathematical model for distortion calibration is es- tablished by means of least square regress method and the image distortion of a three-mirror off-axis is calibrated by combining a high accuracy turn table and a long focal length collimator. The results show that the calibration accuracy of absolute distortion is less than 2μm(1o), and the calibration ac- curacy of relative distortion is less than a 1×10^-4 (1σ) ,which shows that proposed method can meet the request of high accuracy calibration of the distortion for three-mirror off-axis. It is valuable for the practical application.
