摘  要:以辣椒子叶、真叶、下胚轴为外植体材料进行离体培养,结果发现,以子叶为培养材料最理想。在MS附加不同激素配比的培养基上,对不定芽分化、伸长及伸长不定芽生根诱导研究的结果表明,最适合芽分化的培养基为MS+6-BA5.0mg/L+IAA0.5mg/L,芽伸长最优组合为MS+ZT2.0mg/L+GA2.0mg/L;不定芽伸长后在1/2MS+NAA0.1~0.3mg/L培养基上生根效果最好。Abstract: Callus induction and plant regeneration of pepper were studied in this paper. Compared with leaf and rooted hy-pocoty , cotyledon were much easier to induce shoot. The explants were cultured in MS media composing of different concentration of different plant hormones to be induced optimum shoot , extented shoot and induced root. The resuhs showed that the most suitable culture mdium for bud differentiation was MS+6 - BA 5.0 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L, for shoot extention was MS + ZT 2.0 mg/L + GA 2.0 mg/L, and for shoot growth was 1/2 MS + NAA 0.1-0.3 mg/L.
