摘　　要：文章概述了广西科技企业孵化器发展的变化情况,总结"十五"期间广西科技企业孵化器成功的经验,分析存在的问题,提出贯彻落实《中国科技企业孵化器"十一五"发展规划纲要》,整合社会资源加强孵化能力建设,探索多种形式科技企业孵化器的建设等建议。The article briefs on the development of ST enterprise incubator, epitomizes the success stories in the ＂tenth five year plan＂ tenure, studies the existing challenges and sets up the proposal to fully implement the outline of the 11 th five year plan： the development of Chinese ST enterprise incubator, to build the capacity of resource integration and to explore ways to develop differentiated incubator.
