摘　　要：文章叙述控制测量中的秩亏自由网概念、平差原理,结合广西百色岜蒙水库除险加固工程高程网的严密平差,介绍如何利用秩亏自由网解决实际水利工程的问题。The article recounters the rank defect network adjustment concept and the error compensation principle. Combining with the example of the rigorous error compensation of the height net error used in the risk elimination and reinforcement of Baisebameng dam, it explains how to use rank defect network adjustment to solve the problems in water conservancy projects.
